Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Society for Her membership billing and cancellation work based on our Stripe configuration, and how to reach us about billing questions.

Society membership pricing

Public Society membership is $49 per month or $490 per year, charged in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. Founding Circle rates, when offered by invitation, are private and account-bound.

How cancellation works

You may cancel Society auto-renewal at any time from Settings using Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation is configured to take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain Society access through that period. After the period ends, Society membership access ends unless you resubscribe.

Socialite Strategy and Complete Access

Socialite Strategy™ is a one-time purchase ($270) for lifetime access when offered — it is not a recurring subscription. Complete Access, when offered, includes Society annual membership for the first year plus lifetime Socialite; Society then renews at $490/year unless canceled.

Refunds

A fixed automatic refund schedule has not been finalized for publication. Cancellation of a subscription does not by itself create a refund for time already paid unless Society for Her confirms otherwise in writing. For billing questions or refund requests, email info@societyforher.com with the email on your account.

Account deletion

Deleting your account in Settings cancels an active Society subscription associated with the account and removes personal data we control, subject to limited retention for billing, security, or legal purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
