Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Society For Her platform at https://www.societyforher.com. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Society for Her is intended for ambitious women building careers, businesses, and networks. We do not currently impose an 18+ age gate in the product; age-related legal requirements for minors and subscriptions remain subject to legal review.

Membership, Socialite Strategy, and billing

Society membership is a recurring subscription at $49/month or $490/year unless canceled. Socialite Strategy™ is a separate one-time purchase ($270) for lifetime access to The Collection when offered. Complete Access, when offered, combines first-year Society annual access with lifetime Socialite for $649; thereafter Society renews at $490/year unless canceled. Founding Circle rates are invitation-only and private. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel Society renewals in Settings via the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period when cancellation is scheduled at period end. Platform features and third-party listings

Opportunities, events, employers, and related listings may come from official third-party sources. We do not guarantee that any listing is available, accurate, open, or suitable for you. Applying to jobs or registering for events happens on third-party sites under their terms. Networking, community, and directory features depend on other members' participation and do not guarantee introductions, partnerships, or outcomes.

AI-assisted features

AI features (including the AI Society Advisor) may generate suggestions, drafts, or guidance. Outputs can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or submitting it to employers or others. AI features are informational and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or career advice.

No outcome guarantees

Society for Her does not guarantee employment, income, admissions, funding, business results, social outcomes, or any specific opportunity. Educational and strategic content is informational.

Acceptable use

Use the platform respectfully and lawfully. Do not harass members, scrape or misuse data, attempt to access others' accounts, spam, run unauthorized commercial solicitation, or interfere with the service.

Intellectual property and your content

Platform content, branding, and software are owned by Society For Her or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the features you use.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or to protect the community. You may delete your account in Settings.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Society For Her disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TODO — OWNER/ATTORNEY REVIEW: governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, and any liability cap should be added only after legal advice and are not invented here.

Changes and contact
